Returns and exchanges

You can return a product free of charge within 14 days of delivery. The store pays the return shipping.

How to return: hand the unused product in its original packaging to our carrier with your return code. The return code is shown on the order tracking page. (Demo: no orders are created, so no return code is created either.)

Refunds: once the product reaches our warehouse, the refund goes back to your original payment method.

Exchanges: for another colour, return the product and place a new order.

This policy applies to deliveries within Türkiye.
